Utah Tech University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of the founding Director for the Utah Tech University Charter School Authorization Office. The Director will establish the Utah Tech Charter School Authorization Office and oversee and support the growth and development of charter schools throughout Southern Utah. The Director works closely with members of Utah Tech University Board of Trustees, the Utah State Board of Education (USBE), charter school operators, educators, charter associations, and other stakeholders to promote the authorization of innovative charter schools, the success of authorized charter schools, and charter school compliance with state and federal laws.
