The SUNY Charter Schools Institute (the “Institute”) is responsible for evaluating proposals for new charter schools, and the continuous monitoring of student academic performance, fiscal soundness, and overall school operations of 230+ SUNY authorized charter schools. The Director of Performance and Systems is responsible for driving the ongoing monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of schools’ quantitative performance.
