Arash Kamiar

Director of Digital

Arash Kamiar develops and executes strategies to reach, engage, and develop NACSA’s core constituencies through digital products, development, and transformation.

His experience in digital transformation and product development includes growing a hyper-local and niche digital platform, with a limited following, to a substantial and engaged readership of over 100,000 monthly users. Before joining NACSA, Arash was a Fellow with 50CAN, an education advocacy organization. His work led to a multi-million dollar impact on how Federal Title I dollars are distributed to eligible charter schools throughout Florida.

He holds his master’s degree in public policy from a historic private college in Florida, Jacksonville University. His bachelor’s degree comes from Florida State University’s College of Communication and Information.

Arash’s core belief is that education is our country’s most foundational issue, and by fixing education we alleviate other pressing issues like poverty, healthcare and, inequality.

He spends his “off” time high-fiving his kids, hanging with his awesome wife, neglecting his grumpy cat, and pondering the presence of his “rescue” chicken.
