NACSA names Brian Graham as Chief Financial Officer

Dr. M. Karega Rausch, president and CEO of the National Association of Charter School Authorizers (NACSA), announced today that Brian Graham joins NACSA as chief financial officer. 

“I am honored to be joining the team at NACSA”, said Graham. “I’m excited to frame the budgeting, planning, and fiscal management to achieve and support organizational results and strategic initiatives.”

In his role as chief financial officer Graham serves as the primary financial strategist and thought leader on all finance and accounting related matters for the organization

Graham has had an expansive career that has allowed him to work across corporate, religious, educational, and grant-making nonprofit sectors. Prior to NACSA, he served as CFO at United Way of Greater Greensboro in North Carolina, where he helped reshape and accelerate strong outcomes to end local poverty.

“I could not be more excited to have someone of Brian’s talent, passion, expertise, and commitment to our mission joining our team,” said Rausch. “He is an essential part of our leadership team and brings a breadth of experience that will help ensure we achieve our goals.”

Graham holds a Master’s in Accounting degree from the University of Virginia and earned his B.S. in Accounting from NC A&T State University in Greensboro, NC.
