Clare Vickland

Managing Director, Consulting Services

Clare is NACSA’s Managing Director of Consulting Services. She supports authorizers through the development and implementation of personalized consulting projects designed to improve their authorizing practices and build capacity.

Her experience as an educational consultant gives Clare strong relationship-building skills, proven project management experience, and the ability to drive innovative, equity-centered solutions.

As a former charter educator, leader, and authorizer, Clare brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in education, including best practices across multiple contexts.

Clare holds a bachelor’s degree in special education and early childhood from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s degree in education in Risk and Prevention from Harvard University. Additionally, she completed an Executive Leadership program at the University of Denver and Special Education Director Licensure post-master’s program from the University of Northern Colorado.

When she is not supporting NACSA’s clients, Clare can be found reading a good book, hiking, or cheering on her kids from the sidelines at the hockey rink, soccer field, and dance studio.
