Program Manager, Albuquerque Public Schools

Eleanor Andrews has served in a wide variety of leadership roles throughout her career. As a leader and manager at Intel Corporation, she was on the startup team of Intel’s first 300mm semiconductor factory. As an educational leader, she has worked in both higher education and K-12. She served as the Director of Organizational Learning at Central New Mexico Community College and the Director of Assessment for Albuquerque Public Schools (APS). She currently works for the Office of Innovation and School Choice (APS) and collaborates on a team to oversee and support the district’s 32 authorized charter schools. Eleanor holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and she is dedicated to collaborating with leaders to advance social justice in public education. Eleanor strives to design educational systems that ensure equity and envisions a comprehensive, public education system that would serve students from Pre K-20.
