2017 NACSA Leader

Gina Post is the Director of Program Management for the Maine Charter School Commission in Augusta, Maine. In this role, she provides support to the Commission during request for proposals, contracting, monitoring, and renewal and closure. She also assists in the development and maintenance of accountability standards for Maine Public Charter Schools in the areas of academic performance, financial viability, and organizational compliance, and prepares reports on Maine Public Charter Schools as mandated by the state charter law and by federal requirements.

Prior to her work with the Maine Charter School Commission, Gina served as the Career Pathways Coordinator in Adult Education. Prior to her role in administration, Gina was a teacher of special education, elementary education, French, and computers.
