State of Authorizing Special Report: Special Education - Acknowledgements and Copyright

Each year, NACSA surveys authorizers to prepare our annual State of Authorizing report. This year, NACSA added a series of questions in response to member and partner requests for a better understanding of special education oversight in charter schools. This supplemental report analyzes key findings from that survey. 

We approach our work of advancing and strengthening the ideas and practices of authorizing by listening to and acting from the aspirations and needs of communities. Several partners have been integral to that approach on this report, including:
