NACSA names Guerschmide Saint-Ange as Chief Operating Officer

Karega Rausch, president and CEO of the National Association of Charter School Authorizers (NACSA), announced today that Guerschmide Saint-Ange will serve as NACSA’s chief operating officer (COO). Saint-Ange, formerly NACSA’s Chief Operating and Talent Officer, brings decades of education and executive leadership experience to this role.

“I’m honored to be named COO for our organization,” said Saint-Ange. “This expanded role gives me the opportunity to continue to do the work I love while taking on new challenges that I know will help NACSA thrive.”

In her role as COO, Saint-Ange will continue to collaborate to operationalize and execute NACSA’s strategic vision and initiatives; strengthen internal systems and processes; and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within NACSA. She will also take help with oversight of the organization’s financial operations.

“Guerschmide’s proven leadership and a collaborative and learning spirit are all qualities I know she will bring into this new role at NACSA,” said Rausch. “We are excited to have her at the helm of our organization’s operational systems.”

Saint-Ange is a Pahara Fellow and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in English Education from Hampton University and a master’s degree in education policy and management from Harvard University.
